Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reside in Gadsden, Leon or Wakulla Counties
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- If a male born in 1960 and after, must be Selective Service Registered
Special criteria for those that qualify:
- Terminated or laid off and eligible for or exhausted Unemployment Compensation Benefits and unlikely to return to a previous industry or occupation
- Laid off or received notice of impending layoff due to permanent plant closure or substantial layoff
