As of July 1, 2012 the Florida Unemployment Compensation Program will be known as the Florida Reemployment Assistance Program. Reemployment Assistance (formerly known as Unemployment Compensation) provides a temporary financial bridge for Floridians who are out of work through no fault of their own allowing them to provide for themselves and their families while seeking employment.
