It gives job seekers a competitive edge – a Credential that proves to employers that they have the right skills and the right attitude for the job. For employers, it takes the guesswork out of hiring, saving time and money. Florida Ready to Work is sponsored by the state of Florida, so there is no cost for employers or job seekers to participate in the program.

The Florida Ready to Work program is supported by the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Associated Industries of Florida, HR Florida State council, Employ Florida and Manufacturers Association of Florida.

Florida Diploma Program Available for Florida Veterans

Florida Diploma Program Available for Veterans Florida veterans of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War who joined the military before completing high school can obtain their high school diploma through the Florida Veterans Diploma Program sponsored by the Florida Department of Education in partnership with the Florida Department of Veteran’s Affairs. Veterans who were honorably discharged, are current residents of Florida, were inducted into military service prior to completing high school graduation requirements and meet additional criteria specific to each military action are eligible.
